Delivery of purchased products

  • The average delivery time of products is five working days;

  • All orders received from Tuesday to Friday will be processed by the next day, the orders received during the weekend will be processed on the following Tuesday morning;
  • For shipments to Europe at the time of shipment of the order, to the customer will be sent an email with a tracking number provided by GLS, through which he can follow the status of the shipment at any time by logging into the site www.gls -italy.com;
  • The products ordered will be sent to the postal address specified by the user in the order form;
  • Deliveries will be made by courier from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding national holidays. The delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the user at the delivery address specified in the order form;
  • In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the costumer at the address specified in the order form, the courier will leave a card to certify the delivery attempt. On the card will be given a phone number that the user should use to contact the carrier to request a second delivery attempt. After two fruitless attempts at delivery, the order will be "in stock". As soon as the package will be in stock, the Customer Service will contact the costumer by e-mail for to unlock the order and deliver the parcel as soon as possible. In the event that the attempt of delivery, after the contact of Customer Service go to empty, in case the user does not respond to the contact of the customer service, the parcel will be returned to SO.F.I.S. srl and to the user will be notified it fact by e-mail. After thirty (30) days from when the parcel is sent back to SO.F.I.S. srl, the contract will be terminated and the purchase order cancelled pursuant to art. 1456 of the Civil Code. Terminated the contract SO.F.I.S. srl will reimburse the total amount paid, less the costs of delivery and all the costs. The termination of the contract and the amount of the reimbursement will be communicated to the user by e-mail. The refund amount will be credited to the solution of payment used to the user for purchase;
  • In the event that the package presents evidence of tampering or alteration, the user will have to accept the delivery with reservation and immediately notify it to Customer Service by sending an e-mail to info@caterinaformentini.it.
