Return policy

1. Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the client is a consumer ( in other words a physical person that buys goods for personal and not professional use, therefore doesn't indicate on the of order form any reference of a VAT number ),he/she has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase for any reason, without the need of explanation and without penalty, except in cases as indicated in point 3.

2. To exercise this right, the client will have to:

  • send an e-mail request at within 10 working days from receipt of order, indicating the same codes of the items to return. The customer will  receive an e-mail authorization, with directions to do the return.
  • provide, using a carrier of his/her choice and at their own expense, within ten working days from the date of receipt of the goods, to the shipment of the product purchased, intact, properly packaged and properly sealed in its original packaging, complete with all accessories. The shipping costs for the return of the asset are charged to the customer.

In order to apply for and make restitution in the right way, the customer must follow the instructions at the bottom of this page compared to our RMA procedure (Retrum Material Authorisation).

Once the customer has performed the request, our customer service team may reserve the right to refuse the request made ​​in the event that the conditions of return are not met. In the event that the return request is approved our Customer Service Team will contact the customer to give instructions on how to return the goods, the goods must be returned within 48 hours.

3. The right to return is subject to the following conditions :

  • the right is applied to the product purchased in its wholeness; it is not possible to exercise such right for just a single part of the product purchased;

  • the product which has been purchased must be complete and returned in its original packaging, in all its parts; so to avoid damaging the original case, we recommend, when possible, to insert it in a second box; the application of stickers or adhesive tape directly on the original case must be avoided;

  • according to law, the shipping fees relative to the return of the goods are at the clients expense;

  • the delivery, until confirmed receipt at our premises, is completely the clients responsibility;

  • The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer, in case of damage of the goods during transport for the return, SO.F.I.S. srl will notify it to the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case the product will remain available to the customer for 10 days at the premises of SO.F.I.S. srl for his return and this will constitute a valid reason for canceling the request for withdrawal and reimbursement; SO.F.I.S. srl is not liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments by the customer;

  • of S.O.F.I.S. Srl is in no way responsible for damages, theft, or loss of goods returned without insured delivery;

  • On his arrival in stock, the product will be inspected for any damages not caused by transport. If the package and / or original packaging are damaged, of SO.F.I.S. srl will deduct from the refund due to expenses incurred in the recovery of the same;

  • The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property, in cases where SO.F.I.S. srl finds:

    - The absence and/or damage of the label logo;

    - Not diligent use of the property which has compromised the integrity or the use of any supplies;

    - The lack of external and/or internal packaging;

    - The absence of elements of the product;

    - The product damaged for causes other than its transport.

    In case of forfeiture of the right to withdraw the goods remain at the premises of SO.F.I.S. srl available to the customer for the receipt on its behalf, for a maximum of 30 days.

  • In accordance with art. 67, fourth paragraph of the Consumer Code, only after receiving the product/s and only after verifying a positive compliance with the terms and conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal as well as the integrity of the products, as specified in point above, SO.F.I.S. srl will proceed as quickly as possible, and in any case within thirty days from the date on which it became aware of the right of withdrawal, to a refund the sums paid by the user, withholding only the shipping costs, additional services and any expenses incurred in marking the delivery of the goods to the customer. The refund amount will be notified via e-mail and refunded to the payment solution used for the purchase.
  • Pursuant to art. 55 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the event that the sale is relate to products tailored or personalized or which by their nature can not be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

4. If there are no signs of damages, will refund to the client only the amount of products as quickly as possible.

5. The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and/or its contents), in cases where it finds:

  • that the original case and/or the inside of the original packaging is missing;
  • parts of the product are missing

  • that the product is damaged due to reasons other than transport.

  • Once Package been sent off by Courier, We are not able to Cancel the order, If you Denied/Refuse the package from the Courier, Refund is NOT an possible option.

In the case of the customer does not follow the procedure of the return policy, has the right returning back the package and all expense of shipment of client!

Guarantees and non-compliant of the products

  • In case of lack of conformity of the products purchased or received as if the customer does not match what is in the e-mail confirmation of the order, he has the right to repair or replace the product at no additional charge, if this is possible in relation to the number of copies that are still available. In Alternatively, the user is entitled to an appropriate reduction of the price or to cancel the contract;

  • The choice between the various possibilities provided is to the purchaser of the product. In the event of termination of the contract, SO.F.I.S. srl will return the total amount paid, consisting of the purchase price, the shipping fees and any other additional cost. In the event of a price reduction, SO.F.I.S. srl will return the amount agreed in advance. The amount of the refund or reduction will be communicated to the user via e-mail and credited to the solution or means of payment used by the payment;
  • The user must report to SO.F.I.S. srl the lack of conformity, under penalty of forfeiture, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which he discovered the defect, and that by sending e-mail to The customer will then receive an e-mail with the return authorization and instructions on how to perform it. The product must be returned undamaged and properly protected and properly sealed in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, together with the tax document issued at the time of sale;
  • Are excluded from the guarantee of conformity all the products repaired, modified or altered in any way by the user;
  • SO.F.I.S. srl is not responsible for damage of any kind resulting from improper use of the product and/or not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and in case of damage caused by unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.
